Junior Recruiter

As a Junior Recruiter, you will join a multinational and multi-client team where you will support recruitment processes while gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition. This role offers opportunities for growth and participation in challenging projects.

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage job advertisements on digital platforms to attract candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
• Support the recruitment team in identifying suitable candidates for various roles.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them updated on their application status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand the requirements and priorities of open positions.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field (students nearing completion are welcome).
• Experience:
  • No prior experience required; internships or entry-level experience in recruitment or HR are a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment methods and tools is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Languages: Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with international teams and candidates.

• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Location: San Pedro, San José, Costa Rica.
• Contract Type: Direct hire with the company, permanent contract.
