IT Recruiter
As an IT Recruiter, you will be part of a multinational and multi-client team with opportunities for growth and participation in challenging projects. This role is key to ensuring we attract and hire top IT talent to meet our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, publish, and manage recruitment advertisements on digital platforms to attract IT talent.
- Identify and evaluate qualified IT candidates through resume reviews, technical interviews, and other selection methods.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including initial contact, interviews, and negotiations.
- Maintain constant communication with candidates to keep them updated on their application status.
- Collaborate with team leaders and internal clients to understand the technical and cultural requirements of roles.
- Create and maintain talent databases, focusing on specialized IT profiles.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter in the IT sector.
- Experience identifying technical profiles such as developers, software engineers, data analysts, etc.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technologies, programming languages, and development tools.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment methods, best practices, and local employment laws.
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, Microsoft Office, and ATS.
- Languages: Advanced English (written and spoken) to communicate with candidates and international teams.
Job Details
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Location: Candidates residing in El Salvador, Offices in San Benito area.
- Contract Type: Direct hire with the company, permanent contract.
