We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support our social media initiatives within the Marketing Department and enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management, with the ability to drive engagement and analyze performance data effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics, tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategies and report on results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across platforms.
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and digital marketing.

Requirements

Academic/Training

  • Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English (advanced level required).
  • Expertise in social media platforms and tools, including content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for creating visual content.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

  • Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, daytime full-time schedules only.
  • Work Modality: Remote, WFH (Anywhere from Guatemala)
  • Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary with benefits in compliance with local regulations, plus additional remote work allowances.
