We are looking for professionals specialized in software architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and supervising robust, scalable, and efficient software architectures, working closely with cross-functional teams to align technological solutions with the company's strategic objectives.

Academic Requirements / Training
Minimum education: University, completed degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science; IT or related fields.
Desirable: Certifications in software architecture such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Experience
Minimum 4-5 years in software development.
Proven experience in designing large-scale software architectures, preferably in agile environments.
Specific Technical Skills
Mastery of programming languages ​​such as Java, and C#, Python primarily, others are also desirable.
Familiarity with Microservices, SOA, MVC
Experience in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and handling containers such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Advanced knowledge in DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
Advanced level of English (B2 or higher), with written and verbal communication skills.

Position Responsibilities
Architecture Design: Create and document software architectures aligned with industry standards.
Technical Supervision: Review and supervise code to ensure quality and adherence to established architecture.
Multifunctional Collaboration: Work with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Innovation: Evaluate new technologies, lead proof of concepts (PoC), and propose improvements to existing systems.
Risk Management: Implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
Optimization: Modernize legacy applications to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Mentoring: Technically guide development teams by encouraging learning and innovation.
Automation: Design automated processes within the development cycle, including the integration of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration Scheme
Contract type: Permanent, direct hiring.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. GMT-6, with flexibility.
Workplace: Hybrid, offices in San José.
