Relationship Management
​​​​​Responsible for customer management with a focus on growing our portfolio of business with existing customers. Secondary focus on building own customer bank and sales. They also provide input and assistance to other internal functional areas including Quality, Customer Service, Engineering and Manufacturing in order to improve processes and customer satisfaction levels.

Junior
  • BS in Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, or Agriculture Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, or Agriculture.
  • Experience 2-3 years in commercial environment is preferred
  • Responsible for portfolio of account(s) under general supervision
  • Basic knowledge on business processes related to own discipline
  • Operational
  • Works under guidance and with clear guidelines.
  • Relies on senior colleagues to provide accurate solutions for issues.
Mid
  • BS in Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, or Agriculture Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, or Agriculture.
  • 3-5 years in commercial environment is preferred
  • Responsible for portfolio of customers, works independently, interaction with customer has direct impact on customer relationship.
  • Good knowledge of business processes related to own, discipline proactively anticipates developments
  • Operational/Tactical
  • Works under general supervision, is able to work without supervision for periods of time.
  • Notices bottlenecks, suggests solutions and attunes with senior colleagues when needed.

Key activities and general responsibilities
Sales
  • Responsible for achieving the commercial targets with designated customer base
  • Selling through full portfolio of ingredients to existing customer base through relationship building, ingredient and market knowledge, and effective contract negotiations.
  • Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of contract book execution (customer pulls against contracts)
Systems
  • Setting up customers and vendors in the ERP system
  • Managing accurate CRM system data in the ERP systems and offline databases
Customer Service
  • Assuring optimal customer satisfaction
  • Assure proactive follow up on any complaints / claims received, oversee timely response and resolution with customer. (incl. credit / debit / payment holds)
  • Overseeing credit limits of customers and assuring that released orders are sufficiently covered and assist AR in collections when needed.

Knowledge required
  • Preferred B to B sales or merchandising experience
  • Successful experience selling through portfolio to existing customer base
  • Successful experience finding prospects, turning prospects into leads, and leads into customers'
  • Demonstrated experience building rapport with customers and curating durable relationships
  • strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to solve challenging problems, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work with minimal direction
  • Works well in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Thrives working in ambiguous situations

Hiring details
  1. Prestaciones superiores a las de Ley (+Vacaciones/Prima vacacional, 30 días Aguinaldo, vales despensa, fondo de ahorro, seguro de gastos médicos mayores, bono anual variable, estacionamiento, PTO days, entre otros).
  2. Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (daylight saving / summer time)
    1. After anniversary, 1 day to be WFH
  3. Indefinite contract after training period
