What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Proficiency in Python and Spark.
• Nice to have: Experience with Scala and Apache Airflow.
• Extensive experience in data engineering, with a strong architectural background.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Expertise in large-scale data refactoring and optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data solutions and performance best practices.
• Background in mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.

• Location: Anywhere in Mexico (remote work from home).
• Eligibility: Only fluent English speakers and legal residents/locals can be considered (directly hired as a full-time employee).
• Contract Type: Direct hire, indefinite contract.
