We are looking for an HRBP to join our team.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing administrative and compliance support within the HR function, acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to policies, maintaining HR records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. While not directly involved in people management, the HRBP assists Team Leads and Managers in HR-related matters, with opportunities for career growth into broader responsibilities.

Some responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support documentation processes.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, contract management, and document processing.
  • Support Team Leads and Managers with HR-related requests and operational needs.
  • Coordinate HR communications and updates for employees.
  • Contribute to internal audits and reporting on compliance matters.
  • Provide general administrative support for the operation.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in directly related field
  • A year of direct experience
  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
