Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will act as a consultant to leadership on human resource-related issues and provide guidance to support an inclusive, productive, and growth-oriented workplace.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring alignment with workforce planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a change agent to drive cultural and organizational transformation.

Requirements

Academic/Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, specifically in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Job Details

  • Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours with flexibility.
  • Work Modality: On-site, Santiago.
