🚀 Salesforce Engineer

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Platform Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our Salesforce platform by implementing technical solutions, optimizing existing components, and contributing to the overall platform efficiency.


Key Qualifications
  • Proficient in handling screen flows and auto-launched flows, including modifications and enhancements.
  • Familiarity with system integrations and data connectivity tools (a plus).
  • Skilled in writing clean, well-tested Apex code and developing or updating Lightning Web Components for scalable solutions.


Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated success working in large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, development standards, and design patterns.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables align with business objectives.

Additional Details
  • Location: Anywhere in Mexico (remote work from home).
  • Eligibility: Only fluent English speakers and legal residents/locals can be considered (directly hired as a full-time employee).
  • Contract Type: Direct hire, indefinite contract.
