Responsible for servicing external and internal customer needs and proactively participating in the operation process.

Coordinator

  • BS in Business Management, International Trade and/or Process Engineer or similar, equivalent years of experience
  • 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
  • Responsible under general supervision
  • Relies on senior colleagues to provide accurate solutions for issues.


Key Activities and general responsibilities
Outbound order receipt / Inbound purchase write-up & Processing

  • Receive and process orders/purchase write up
  • Follow up with internal or external customers to clarify orders/purchase write up if needed.
  • Communicate orders internally according to the established process.
  • Assure ownership of operational costs.
  • Validate Quality Assurance approval of vendor/item and certification link.

Logistics (Outbound)

  • Responsible for tracking and order distribution
  • Facilitate product releases and pick-ups with 3rd party warehouses as needed.
  • Arrange domestic truck freight with our carrier partners.
  • Prepare appropriate documentation for customers.
  • Verify and track orders and shipments.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed following established guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with the warehouses.
  • In the case of an inventory discrepancy, logistics team leaders confer with team members and across departments to determine the source of the issue and resolve it.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Sales Support

  • Support Account Managers / Traders with specific accounts.
  • Hold an understanding of products/commodities to be able to answer most customer/traders’ inquiries.
  • Communicate issues/challenges to the Trade team.
  • Support Sr. Trader, Sales Executives, and Commodities/Account Specialists in efforts to gain and retain customers/vendors including logging appropriate information (e.g., contact information) into CRM.
  • Create new customer/supplier relations in system

Knowledge required

  • Experience in an Import/Export, Customer Service, and local logistics environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Contact Management Systems
  • Database software

  • Order processing systems preferred

Hiring details

  1. Prestaciones superiores a las de Ley (+Vacaciones/Prima vacacional, 30 días Aguinaldo, vales despensa, fondo de ahorro, seguro de gastos médicos mayores, bono anual variable, estacionamiento, PTO days, entre otros).
  2. Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (daylight saving / summer time)
    1. After anniversary, 1 day to be WFH
  3. Indefinite contract after training period
