Java Developer

Are you a skilled Java Developer with experience in Spring Boot, AWS, and building scalable platforms? Our client is looking for a Java Developer to help build a high-performance platform. If you’re passionate about developing stable and performant systems, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

Develop a new platform using Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework, interfacing with multiple drug discount card vendors to provide pharmacies with real-time pricing data.
Implement serverless architecture and integrate with AWS services for scalability and cloud-native performance.
Optimize performance with caching technologies like Redis and ElasticSearch to ensure reliable access to drug pricing information.
Utilize Docker for containerization, enabling efficient application deployment and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and implement platform features, transitioning into a long-term development phase after go-live.

Skills and Requirements

Java Expertise: Proficiency in Java development, including experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
AWS Knowledge: Practical experience with AWS services and serverless architectures.
Performance Optimization: Familiarity with caching technologies such as Redis and ElasticSearch.
Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker for application deployment and management.
Scalability: Proven ability to develop high-performance, scalable systems.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Details

Location: Anywhere in Mexico (remote work from home).
Eligibility: Fluent English speakers and legal residents/locals in Mexico.
Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite contract.
