Support theleading and development within the Imports teams, ensuring the achievement of departmental objectives while providing close support to day-to-day operations.

The role will play a key part in people development, project management, strategic support, and coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouses, carriers, and other parties involved.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in imports, exports, logistics, and related customer service.
• Previous experience leading people, teams, and/or projects.
• Experience coordinating orders, shipments, logistics providers, and customer requirements.

Hiring details

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (daylight saving / summer time)
• After anniversary, 1 day to be WFH
• Indefinite contract after training period
